Solicita: Logistics Sourcing Manager

• Descripción y Requisitos

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or BS degree required, preferably in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Operations management
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment with experience in Logistics procurement, or similar position
  • Demonstrated understanding of total cost of ownership
  • Policy Deployment experience and knowledge of 80/20 and LEAN principles is preferred
  • Experience working with multiple locations globally  
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem resolution skills and root cause analysis experience required
  • Full proficiency in use of computer tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Exchange for effective analysis and communication required
  • Consistent performance in delivering annual cost reductions linked to category strategy
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations, know how to resolve conflicts and have a proven track record of achieving analytical & project results
  • Ability to work well in a multicultural, cross functional environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating concepts and recommendations and gaining acceptance and commitment required

  Travel:   Approximately 25% travel including international
