Solicita: Supply Chain Manager

  Supply Chain Manager responsible for leading and optimizing all areas within the supply chain function. This role will oversee the departments of Logistics, Warehousing, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies focused on cost efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide direct leadership to the Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams, ensuring coordinated operations across all functions.

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet production and customer requirements while minimizing carrying costs.

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality standards, timely deliveries, and compliance with contracts.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Finance to align supply planning with business needs.

  • Drive implementation of digital tools and system improvements to streamline processes.

  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and generate data-driven reports to support strategic decisions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including disruptions and cost fluctuations.

  • Ensure full compliance with legal, internal, and ethical standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams under the supply chain scope.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Supply Chain Management.

  • Advanced English proficiency (80%–95%), both written and spoken.

  • Proven experience in managing logistics, warehousing, procurement, materials planning, and customer service.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in ERP systems and reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
