    Pegatron is a top manufacturing company that mainly develops computing, communications and consumer electronics for branded vendors. We also develops, designs and manufactures computer peripherals and components.

    GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

    It is the responsibility of the new hires orientation and attention and follow up of laborers issues, accident investigation, Basic C tpat Training, Asset Security Policy, Intruder Detection and Incident Report, Labor Requirements, Conflict Management, Leadership, NOM 035, follow up lawsuits.

    BASIC DUTIES:

    • Develop and implement tactics that allow the control and improvement of the work environment, the correct compliance with labor regulations and the internal policies of the company.
    • Advises Supervisors on everything related to monitoring and compliance with labor regulations, Internal Labor Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
    • Develop mechanisms to evaluate and improve the services provided to employees in the different work shifts.
    • Implement actions to improve internal communication processes.
    • Develops and implements actions to identify and reduce high turnover and absenteeism rates.
    • Develop and implement actions that prevent labor conflicts.
    • Develop and implement mechanisms for measuring the work environment.
    • Ethics, safety at work, internal company work regulations, and any other law applicable to its operation. It is also the employee's responsibility to notify their immediate supervisor if they become aware of any deviation from these laws or regulations.
    • · Absenteeism and turnover reports to measure KPI’s.

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.

    5 to 9 years of Experience as similar position.

    · Excellent interpersonal, service-oriented communication, interpersonal, negotiating, influencing others, account management and consulting skills.

    · Ability to communicate at different levels in the organization,

    · MS Office Knowledge(Excel)

    OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:

    · Attention to detail and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

    · English 80% or above preferable.

    Knowledge in HR and/or labor relation systems.
