Solicita: QUALITY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

  As a Quality Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry benchmarks. You will work closely with the Quality Engineering team to support quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our Quality Engineer.

  In this role, you will impact on the overall product quality by conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. You will also assist/support the Quality Engineer by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation. Ensure that the product meets internal and external customer’s requirements at defined stages of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and, where necessary, take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages, active participation in root cause analyses and corrective actions implementation to address quality issues.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to address quality issues.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support quality control processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities
  • Participation in internal and external audits as required
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Quality Engineer.

  YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree as Quality Technician or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT process, and post-SMT processes for electronic products
  • 3+ years of experience in a related position in electronic industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of IPC A 610, J STD 001, and EDS ANSI S20.20
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Measurement devices skills (Caliper, Multimeter, Micrometer, LCR, etc.)
  • Drawing interpretation
  • Data analysis
