  Cost Analyst
  
  Job Objective:
  The Cost Analyst is responsible for examining the company’s operating costs to identify savings opportunities, improve financial efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
  
  Main Responsibilities:
  -Collect and analyze financial data related to materials, labor, overhead, and other operating costs.
  -Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual costs.
  -Develop cost models and maintain updated databases.
  -Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  -Collaborate with departments such as production, purchasing, and finance to interpret cost data.
  -Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
  -Conduct internal audits to ensure cost accuracy.
  -Prepare periodic reports and present findings to management.
  
  Requirements:
  -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  -Bilingual
  -Previous experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or similar roles.
  -Proficiency in Excel and financial software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
  -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  -Ability to communicate financial findings clearly and effectively.
  
  Work Environment and Structure:
  Primarily office-based work, with occasional visits to plant or field locations.
  Reports to the Finance Manager or Finance Director.
