• Descripción y Requisitos

  Requirements:
  
  Education: Electronic engineering, digital systems, computer systems.
  
  Experience in NPI (Minimum 2 years)
  
  Advanced English (90%)
  
  Knowledge and handling of SAP
  
  MS Office
  
  APQP/ NPI Processes
  
  Main Roles and Responsibilities:
  
  Ensure that all NPI costs are submitted to PM for charging.
  
  Ensure that all documents, labels, and software required by NPI are received on time.
  
  Ensure that all issues identified during NPI are closed before releasing them to production and improve current business conditions.
  
  Coordinate and drive all engineering activities for new product introductions.
  
  Coordinate the design and implementation of appropriate systems and control routes to process and test units and collect the data required during the NPI phase.
  
  Establish and conduct NPI meetings to communicate upcoming projects/requirements with the entire team.
  
  Identify any activities required by the client outside of production standards for evaluation by the Business team.
  
  Identify and implement improvements in the NPI phase to improve quality, capacity, manufacturing process, safety, and cost.
  
  Achieve the operational objectives and metrics under their responsibility, including maintaining the current condition.
  
  Participate with DFM and share WW as well as best practices for standardization in the WW process.
