Solicita: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

• Descripción y Requisitos

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for inventory control, accuracy, and reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure the timely supply of materials according to the production plan.

  • Ensure accurate entry of material movements (inbound and outbound) in the company’s internal system.

  • Optimize storage spaces and material organization.

  • Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring fair distribution of workload.

  • Minimize material rotation by implementing FIFO methodology.

  • Safeguard and ensure the proper condition of stored materials.

  • Timely supply of materials required by internal users.

  • Supervise the preparation of customer orders and perform final inspections prior to delivery.

  • Review billing documentation and follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs).

  • Coordinate and dispatch shipments on time, optimizing delivery routes.

  • Verify documentation and delivery destinations.

  • Supervise the completion of forklift and delivery unit checklists.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • English proficiency: 70%.
