  The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
  • Equipment & Tooling: Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling to support production operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive corrective actions for process deviations.
  • Lean & Six Sigma: Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve process efficiency and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and introduce new technologies to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cost Reduction: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize product manufacturability.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-volume or precision production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
