    Global job position with an impact:

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Data Analyst.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining production-related databases and dashboards, monitoring production performance, collecting and analyzing key operational data, supporting daily manufacturing operations, and ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory standards in a medical device manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the decision-making process and driving data transparency across manufacturing operations.
     

    Responsibilities:

    Design, update, and maintain production databases with accurate,    traceable, and regulatory-compliant data.
    •Develop and manage interactive dashboards to track key     performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, yield, 
     efficiency,downtime, and OEE.
    • Monitor daily and long-term production plans, proactively 
      identifying variances and escalating potential risks to delivery or 
      compliance.
    • Consolidate and analyze manufacturing data to support process 
      optimization, root cause investigations, and continuous 
      improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and 
      visual aids for production meetings and performance reviews.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Manufacturing
      and Operations Management teams.
    • Ensure proper communication flow and data coordination
      between production, quality, planning, and engineering teams.
    • Support internal and external audit readiness by maintaining 
      accurate documentation and data traceability aligned with QMS
      and ISO 13485 standards.
    • Recommend improvements to data collection systems and
      visualization tools to enhance decision-making and regulatory
      readiness.

     

    Qualifications/Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing
      Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a 
       related field.
    • Previous experience in data or administrative roles within a 
      regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality 
      Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory standards such as
      ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
    • Proficiency in database tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
      Access, or SQL for managing production and operational data.
    • Advanced user of data visualization platforms such as Power BI, 
      Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive
      approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-
      compliance environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the 
      ability to present technical data

    Work Environment: 

    This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.
