  Position Summary
  The Toolcrib Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the tool crib area, ensuring that equipment and tools are available, in good condition, and properly tracked for use by operational personnel. This role is key to maintaining efficiency and safety in industrial processes.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  -Supervise staff responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing tools and equipment.
  -Maintain accurate records of inventory, tool check-ins and check-outs.
  -Ensure compliance with storage and control procedures.
  -Coordinate maintenance and calibration of tools.
  -Implement improvements in the organization of the tool crib.
  -Manage orders and replenishment of missing or damaged tools.
  -Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure tool availability.
  -Train staff on the correct and safe use of tools.
  -Generate periodic reports on tool usage, losses, and condition.
  
  Requirements and Skills
  -Bachelor degree in industrial or logistics fields.
  -English 70%
  -Previous experience in tool crib management or personnel supervision.
  -Knowledge of manual, power, and precision tools.
  -Ability to use inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, etc.).
  -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  -Leadership and effective communication skills.
