  Industrial Engineering Superintendent 
  
  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Industrial Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and team leadership within the electronics, manufacturing, or automotive sectors.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  Lead and support technical projects and work teams.
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping (VSM).
  Analyze industrial costs and productivity metrics.
  Plan and design efficient production processes and layouts.
  Ensure ergonomic standards and internal logistics are optimized.
  Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  
  Qualifications:
  
  -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  -5 to 10 years in industrial engineering, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or automotive.
  -English proficiency (80% or higher in reading, writing, and speaking).
  -Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Lean -Manufacturing, CAD tools, and ERP systems.
  -Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing preferable
