  To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an FPM Engineer

  Reporting to the NPI Manager; An FPM engineer will be responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing and the supply chain. This position will work closely with product engineering to define manufacturing requirements within the New Product Development process.

  Main daily activities:

  · Plan and execute NPI to ensure that NPI is produced on schedule.

  · Track the progress of NPI&MP wiring to ensure that Line Qualification is done as scheduled.

  · Corresponding to customer and business needs and reaching them in a timely manner.

  · Track NPI Open issues.

  · Execute cross-departmental coordination and communication to ensure production and delivery on schedule.

  The experience we’re looking:

  · Bachelor’s degree on an engineering

  · Minimum 5 years’ experience.

  · Have NPI knowledge.

  · Customer visiting arrangement.

  • English 80% or above preferable.
