    Position Summary
    BVI is seeking a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Juárez, Mexico. This role will support our U.S. sales organization by engaging with BVI medical customers across the United States. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident in phone-based selling, and comfortable managing a high volume of customer outreach daily.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to current and prospective U.S. customers.
    · Schedule appointments and support pipeline development for the U.S. field sales team.
    · Identify customer needs, promote BVI product offerings, and influence purchasing decisions.
    · Accurately document all customer interactions, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
    · Collaborate closely with regional sales managers and territory managers to align outreach efforts with sales strategies.
    · Manage follow-ups, product education, and account nurturing to maintain strong customer relationships.
    · Support campaigns, promotions, and targeted initiatives to drive growth.
    · Meet or exceed monthly activity and performance targets including call volume, appointment setting, and contribution to sales pipeline.

    Qualifications:

    · Fluent in English (spoken and written)
    · Bachelor´s degree
    · Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (medical device or healthcare experience preferred)
    · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
    · Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
    · Experience using cloud-based sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or outbound calling platforms is a plus
