  Overview

  This role leads cross-functional manufacturing projects within an electrical company, overseeing the design, production, and delivery of electrical systems and components. This role ensures projects meet performance, cost, and timeline goals while complying with industry standards and safety regulations.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close manufacturing projects involving electrical products or systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance teams.
  • Ensure electrical designs are manufacturable and meet regulatory standards.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency.
  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety protocols.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Business preferable
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and production processes
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and electrical safety regulations
