  REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Oral and written communication skills in English (minimum 40%)
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  DEEscrituraION

  Professionals with a college degree with a major in accounting or a business field. Experience from zero to three years, including internship. The expectations of a Staff Accountant include:

  • Become familiar with firm policies and procedures
  • Understand the rules, regulations and code of professional conduct of the AICPA
  • Progress professionally by taking benefit of the training and resources granted by the Firm
  • Exhibit (or develop) skills and characteristics delineated by the Firm
  • Become familiar with pertinent IRC sections and regulations applicable in the United States of America
  • Obtain a working knowledge of research techniques and the various research sources in the firm library
  • Become proficient in the preparation of corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns prepared by the firm, applicable in the United States of America
  • Assume responsibility for the completion of tax returns under the supervision of more experienced staff
