  JOB TITLE: SAP Basis
  
  This position is part of BRP SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of
  technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous
  improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and
  growth objectives. We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager
  to grow with us on this exciting journey.
  
  YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  ? Provide hands-on SAP basis support, including system maintenance, incident resolution, system
  enhancements, and projects.
  ? Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead
  continuous improvement and maintenance activities
  ? Troubleshoots and resolves problems and participates in the coordination of activities affecting
  SAP and its ecosystem.
  ? Develops and monitors the performance and capacity of environments.
  ? Participates in the diagnosis of operating system problems.
  ? Participates in the optimization of SAP systems.
  ? Supports functional teams and SAP developers.
  ? Acts as a technical reference and supports non-SAP teams in configuring connections with SAP
  systems.
  ? Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiative
  
  YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  
  ? University degree or equivalent by experience
  ? Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience
  ? Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP
  ? Solid understanding of S4 HANA technical landscape
  ? High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
  ? Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers
  ? Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and
  verbal.
  ? Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
  ? Available to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 schedule
  ? You’re able to work in English (written and oral)
