I. Position DeEscrituraion:
Manufacturing engineering position with high experience in electrical control responsible to analyze, evaluate, design and implement automation processes for work cells including electrical control troubleshooting
II. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation process systems for industrial process
- Develop electrical control troubleshooting
- Evaluate current process and proposal improvements
- Work in conjunction with manufacturing engineers to stablish automation projects
- Develop maintenance routines to electrical control systems
- Participate in trainings for automated systems
- Develop and implement error proofing systems
- Programming PLC Allen Bradley, Omron, LabView
- Configuration of HMIs
III. Requirements:
- Experience in electrical control programming PLC,HMI
- Experience in robot programming, Fanuc,Kuka,
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and machine specifications
- Experience in Excel and project management
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Effective communication
- Leadership and teamwork
- Result oriented
IV. Work Experience:
- 5+ years in the manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience on automation processes
- Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of machinery and rebuilds
V. Education:
- Bachelor on electromechanical or mechatronic engineering
- English writing and spoken 70%
VI. Certifications/Training:
- Robotic programming
- PLC, Allen Bradley, Omron, LabView HMI Programming

Manufacturing engineering position with high experience in industrial engineering functions responsible to analyze, evaluate, design and improve manufacturing processes
II. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and redesign manufacturing processes
- Implement methodologies such as lean manufacturing, kaizen ,Kan Ban
- Identify bottlenecks in process and propose solutions
- Develop operations balance charts and line balancing
- Evaluate production and operation costs
- Search for VCP projects ideas
- Study times and movements to improve productivity
- Participate on introduction of automate processes
- Participate in the digitalization of operation
10. Identify and reduce manufacturing wastes
11. Work to meet SQDCP metrics
12. Define labor required for monthly volume
13. Develop and update capacity and utilization charts
14. Lay out plant management
III. Requirements:
