  Position: NPI Engineer
  Location: Plant 3, Parque Industrial Intermex Sur, Wiwynn Mexico
  
  What are we looking for?
  
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  2. Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  3. Experience in new product introduction, client communication, and problem-solving
  4. Knowledge of engineering changes, Bills of Materials (BOM), and SAP
  5. Availability to work flexible hours and a proactive attitude
