• Descripción y Requisitos

  Responsibilities
  Responsibilities include monitoring new product production plan and research under the supervision of the Materials Manager.
  Monitoring and supervision of new products research of prototypes development.
  Continuous communication with purchasing area for material follow-up.
  This product meets the established quality standards and comes with a warranty.
  Notifications in advance of any critical, special, or sudden demand increases.
  Daily material PO’s follow-up from buyers according MRP and demand changes.
  Continuous improvement analytics skills.
  Support annual cost reduction strategies.
  Communicate potential opportunities internally, and initiate activities to assemble appropriate resources to pursue opportunity areas.
  Confirms PO´s, provide and confirm lead times and ETA´s with customer.
  Support Plant and Operation Manger Requisitioners on procedures, and on SAP regarding all required transactions and reports.
  Work with Production Control / Scheduling team to provide support on expedited orders as well as introduction of new products
  Expedites Material to support planned or unplanned demand
  Continuous customer communication to obtain product or service information such as availability and delivery schedule.
  Close follow-up of all incoming material even on non-working hours.
  Other duties as assigned.
  
  Requirements:
  Bachelor's Degree.
  3 years of experience
  MRP analysis experience
  Excellent attitude
  Detail information oriented
  Customer Service oriented
  Reverse Logistics knowledge (it’s a plus)
  Logistics and Customs experience
  High negotiation Skills
  KPI and Results Oriented
  Strong analytical Skills
  English 90% or bilingual
