  • Descripción y Requisitos

    Job Summary:
    Serves as the direct point of contact with the customer and coordinates regular production requirements.

    Responsibilities: Assist Customer Service Manager with the following:

    • Receives and responds to customer inquiries, handles complaints related to shipments, and notifies relevant departments of any changes in customer requirements.
    • Receives and processes customer purchase orders for regular production, miscellaneous items, and NPIs.
    • Informs the customer of the status of their purchase orders and shipments.
    • Monitors all order entries related to production and prototype orders in the Macola system.
    • Analyzes customer demand and notifies planning and purchasing departments of any variations.
    • Follows up with planning to ensure orders are scheduled on time and appropriately.
    • Responsible for sending order confirmations to customers, either in PDF or through the portal as applicable.
    • Attends the daily production meeting.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a Manufacturing setting preferred.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Bilingual (Spanish-English).
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Effective communication.
