Responsibilities:
Coordinate effective introduction of new products and processes including documentation of process parameters, quality criteria, work instructions, visual aids.
Improve cycle times, process capabilities and process yield by identifying and documenting opportunities and pursue benefits in terms of safety, efficiency and cost savings
Create process documentation such us but no limited to work instructions, check list, visual aids.
Create or modify process layouts as needed.
Facilitate effective, ergonomic work for operators by specifying and soliciting appropriate workstation tools and equipment.
Procure equipment, fixtures and tools required for operations.
Leverage personal expertise by planning, directing, and overseeing the work of engineering technicians if applicable.
Responsible for coordinating / getting results of pilot builds.
