  What you need: Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree 3-5 years of related customer service experience in automotive industry Experience working with FORD Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 English advanced What you will do: Review customer portals Analyze Customer Demand to detect variations Ensure customer shipments in order to meet delivery dates Check that customer demand is loaded correctly in system Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service
