  GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

  SMT Equipment Engineer

  BASIC DUTIES:

  • Equipment troubleshooting.
  • Failure cause analysis level, countermeasure formulation and implementation.
  • Establishment of maintenance report database.
  • Contact with external equipment manufacturers and follow up on progress.
  • Equipment improvement project leadership and related SOP formulation.
  • Alternative search, development, testing and evaluation.
  • Development and implementation of maintenance plans.
  • Implementation of fixed asset inventory plan.

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

  • English 85% +
  • College degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, electricity or any other specialty related to equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in SMT equipment maintenance (NPM, Glue dispenser, reflux oven, AOI, SPI, conveyor, laser printing, solder paste printer).                           
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Familiar with the use of quality control tools and methods.
  • Proficient in using office software.
  • Cheerful personality, strong stability & pressure resistance.

  OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:

  • Communication skills, Organization and Problem solving.
  • Basic course of ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features; IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
