  General DeEscrituraion

  To support our team building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a warehouse supervisor

  Reporting to the MATERIAL MANAGER; The main function of the warehouse supervisor is managing the warehouse, receiving and storing materials, registering and keeping records and conducting regular inventory checks

  Main daily activities:

  • Performs Cycle counts, records merchandise inputs and outputs, and maintains record accuracy
  • Optimize storage, ensure correct product placement, and keep the warehouse tidy and clean.
  • Controls the reception, storage, and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
  • Works in coordination with purchasing, sales and production to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor the use of protective equipment, and conducts risk assessments.
  • Identify areas for improvement, implement new strategies and technologies to increase warehouse efficiency.
  • Create reports on inventory, shipments, and other key metrics for decision-making
  • Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with agreements

  The experience we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 80% of English
  • EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS (MID TO ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL) 
  • -EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • -ADVANCED SKILL OF WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
  • -ADVANCED SKILL IN PROBLEM SOLVING
  • -ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • -ABILITY TO REACT APPROPIATELY IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
  • 2 years or more of experience in the position
