GENERAL DEEscrituraION:
Manage Production department operations and strategic planning, including business and technology requirements, project planning & project budgeting, and financial management, organizing and negotiating the allocation of operational resources.
Communicate HQ and client for cooperating system development technology implementation and deployment plan.
BASIC DUTIES:
The Operations management Sr will have responsibility for Supply Chain Management, Production Test and Assembly, Project personnel, implementing development plans for and coaching. Management team including a Production Manager, Program Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
- Perform budget planning, monitor, control, and resource allocation & coordination. Ensure they comply with goals, guidelines, and objectives
- Provide effective leadership to the project management team and demonstrate a clear ability to priorities the company’s deliveries to best fit the company’s objectives.
- Drive business value through innovation, implementation of adequate new technologies
- Coordinate resources and manage cross-functional activities for meeting audit requirements from internal or external requests.
- Prepare presentation materials and present to client and HQ management
- Plan system development roadmap with a focus on current and future business objectives to ensure company competitive advantages
- Formulate and execute short/mid/long term strategic plans for operations development
- Define project milestones and communicate plans, update progress to all stakeholders including project team, management, support teams in headquarter
- Analyze, benchmark, and make recommendations to the improvement & adoption of the operations infrastructure and systems solutions
- This role will be responsible for strategic and operational aspects of production, planning, engineering, warehousing, dispatch, and procurement.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in the industrial management or equivalent
• 6 + years’ experience in consumer electronic manufacturing operations or equivalent
