    Job Summary:

    The Product Engineer will be responsible for leading failure analysis on electronic boards, managing technician teams, and driving project development. The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, familiarity with IPC standards, and the ability to resolve recurring technical issues in collaboration with headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct advanced failure analysis (FA) on electronic boards.
    - Interpret test logs and identify top offender issues.
    - Lead and coordinate groups of technicians.
    - Develop and manage engineering projects.
    - Track and resolve technical issues with headquarters.
    - Ensure compliance with IPC standards.
    - Prepare detailed FA reports and documentation.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Digital Systems, or related fields.
    Experience:
    - Minimum 2 years in failure analysis of electronic boards.
    - Experience in project development and technician leadership.
    - Familiarity with IPC standards and test log interpretation.


    Skills:

    - Fluent in English (80% written and oral).
    - Strong computer proficiency.
    - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    - Leadership and time management.
    - Ability to work under pressure and manage frustration.
    - Good eyesight and schedule flexibility.
