Activities and responsibilities:
• Receive, analyze, communicate, coordinate, and control the timely implementation of changes and improvements to the product and specifications (engineering change orders, product deviations, use of alternative parts, etc.), and provide and record any system updates that may be required by the client.
• Serve as the primary channel of information for management on all matters related to the client's program and customer warranty.
• Establish and jointly ensure compliance with a continuous process and technology improvement action plan for each business unit, maintaining a cost-benefit and profitability approach.
• Establish strategies to ensure information security and the continuity of the service provided by each business unit.
• Maintain ongoing analysis of the national and international environment and the market.
• Evaluate customer requirements and ensure they are satisfied.
• Report all production failures to ensure immediate action.
• Ensure the availability and allocation of resources to the customer.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers.
• Manage and train the necessary resources to ensure all tasks under their area of responsibility are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Identify any activities required by the customer that are outside of production standards for evaluation by the business unit team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree preferably
- Minimum five (5) years work-related experience required in project management
- Advanced MS Office
- Advanced English
- Experience in a global organization
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Strong guiding and team management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
