To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR.
Reporting to the Material Manager; The main function of a WH Supervisor is to be in charge of coordinating from main warehouse all the activities in order to link and make overlay for the information inside warehouse, necessary for production lines running smoothly
Main daily activities:
· Keep manpower standard
· 5s maintain
· Shortage material following from receiving
· 99% inventory accuracy maintain as primary target
· Inventory accuracy reporting
· Inventory discrepancies solving
· Manage the company's import and export processes efficiently and effectively, in order to manage production costs.
· Directly supervise warehouse and shipping personnel.
· Supervise unloading, warehouse management, stock management, and product dispatch.
· Create and implement strategies to optimize the company's shipping and warehouse processes.
· Manage inventory and merchandise storage.
· Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met within the materials areas.
· Implement metrics to monitor the performance, efficiency, and quality of logistics processes and improve them when necessary.
· Responsible for ensuring the execution and monitoring of cycle counts in warehouse and production to guarantee inventory reliability by location and batch.
· Authorization from Premium Freight to determine and review cases that require it.
The experience we’re looking:
· Bachelor's degree
· Bilingual Spanish – English
· More than 3 years in similar position
· Cycle count performance & FIFO system knowledge and experience
