  Purpose

  The Project Coordinator leads the update of material specifications. This position involves working closely with Research and Development (R&D), Supply Chain, and other key departments to ensure that material and product specifications meet the required standards.

  Essential obligations and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the supplier specification update project.
  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, quality, and other departments to gather and review current specifications.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to update specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication among all involved teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
  • Resolve issues and obstacles that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure all updates comply with company regulations and standards.

  Desirable education, skills and/or experience

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • English proficiency is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  Specific language requirements
