  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Monitor daily output and update the Master Plan accordingly (plan vs actual).
  • Manage production planning, responsible of preparing a production schedule and follow up on reports such as on-time delivery and backorders.
  • Expedite production on production delays and revise schedules as needed.
  • Forecast production schedule with optimal utilization of materials and labor.
  • Provide the best ship dates to customer service for new orders based on lines capacity and materials availability.
  • Keep daily communication with customer service warning any delay in the production schedule and updating new ship dates.
  • Ensures the veracity of product inventory through the system, maintaining the optimal inventories required by costumers.
  • Monitor that the amount that was shipped to the costumer is the correct one verifying the accumulated.
  • Work closely with the store for incoming goods inventory
  • Coordinate the activities of all departments involved in delivering products to customers.
