  GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

  An EPM supports and leads a team through the engineering development process and delivery of the company’s projects.

  Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets and ensure cross-company communication to facilitate product completion on time and within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

  BASIC DUTIES:

  • Defines scope, schedules and budgets for engineering programs.
  • Allocates and coordinates resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensures that engineering products and services meet standards by implementing processes and quality controls.
  • Facilities communication between project teams, stakeholders and customers.
  • Leads, motivates and develops the engineering team and promotes professional growth and job satisfaction.
  • Ensures that engineering projects are aligned with business strategies and objectivies.
  • Procedures and protocols documentation.
  • Actively seek problem resolutions.
  • Analyze data and report to management and others.

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

  • English 85% +
  • 3-5 years experience of project management.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Goal-oriented highly motivated.
  • Risk management.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Leadership and collaboration.
