• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Launch Engineer:
  • Specializes in coordinating all activities related to the launch of new products.
  • Manages timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Production:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions.
  • Develop and implement program objectives and initiatives, based on strategic plans and goals

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in launch or new projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex technical projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
