• Descripción y Requisitos

  Key Responsibilities:
  
      Lead and execute repair activities for electronic products, ensuring root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
      Perform installation, configuration, and optimization of Windows OS environments across multiple system versions.
      Drive evaluation and implementation of NUDD, DFX, and PFMEA during the new product development phase.
      Analyze, verify, and implement countermeasures for test-related issues and performance failures.
      Identify and implement production process improvements, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and yield enhancement.
      Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve yield rates and solve ongoing quality issues.
      Manage the verification and introduction of firmware and hardware changes via ECN/ECR processes.
      Act as a liaison for technical feedback and problem-solving between customers, internal teams, and other manufacturing sites.
      Ensure all engineering solutions are documented and transferred effectively to stakeholders.
  
  Qualifications:
  
      Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
      3+ years of experience in electronic product repair and engineering support.
      Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration.
      Proven experience with NPI tools and methodologies (NUDD, DFX, PFMEA).
      Hands-on experience with process improvement, testing validation, and ECN/ECR handling.
      Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
      Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
