    Job Profile

    SR HR Partner acts as a strategic and operative partner for stakeholders at all levels, including cross-sites matters whit in HR.

    • Acts as a guide for the leadership line in his/her area by exchanging views freely and as a corrective where necessary.
    • Facilitates the HRL Strategy in his area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures.
    • Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his/her area of responsibility.
    • Advises leadership and associates on HR topics, such as benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, discipline administration and legal compliance.
    • Coordinates the HR Partners core processes and compliance of KPI's metrics to ensure HRL Strategy achievement and develops HR Partners under his/her responsibility.
    • Is responsible for the attention and coordination of audits such as client and governmental.
    • Establish and maintain contact with local educational institutions and develop and implement personnel marketing indicatives focus on technician level candidates.
    • Develop a pool of qualified direct non operators’ candidates in advance of planning requirements. Ensuring that is always updates.
    • Administrate the internal posting process for hourly positions in accordance to the corporate and local policies.
    • Administrate Government Programs or legal agreement with educational institutions (i.e. BECATE, CONALEP DUAL PROGRAM...)
    • Lead in conjunction with HRBP Manager initiatives to reduce, improve and control turnover and absenteeism rates. 
    • Administrate legal issues for Direct associates, including Resignations, Terminations and Disciplinary actions.
    • Lead personnel administration y service in cooperation with the supervisor of each area for Direct associates.
    • Administrate performance evaluation process for Direct associates, including setting rules for the process.
    • Administrate and coordinating the HR Services provider processes. 
    • Ensure that Direct associate files are always complete and update.
    • Coordinate, review and approve SAP weekly maintenance activities for Direct associates, PA and payroll process. 
    • Support HRL manager in job deEscrituraions administration for direct Associates, making sure all job deEscrituraions required exist and compile with the business requirements and standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
    • Language skills:  English, Advanced level.
    • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration role in multinational/ industrial environment desirable.
    • Knowledge / experience in resourcing tools and methods.
    • Knowledge and background in Mexican Labor Law and Government regulations.
    • Customer/Service Orientation skills.
    • Knowledge and understanding of labor market and maquiladora/manufacturing industry.
    • Computer skills (Office, Visio, Project). Desirable knowledge in SAP system.
    • Knowledge / experience in Problem Solving process and tools.
    • Result oriented. Strategic and analytical thinking.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter.
    • Excellent communication skills. Empathic.
