  We are seeking a C-TPAT & Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This vital role is responsible for safeguarding our employees, visitors, and company assets while ensuring compliance with industry safety and security standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accident prevention programs, safety policies, and procedures in line with OSHA guidelines.

  • Conduct annual evacuation drills and ensure compliance with C-TPAT and CBP requirements.

  • Monitor and manage physical security systems including CCTV and access control.

  • Maintain compliance with internal security manuals and external audits.

  • Coordinate with alarm security providers and emergency response agencies.

  • Support C-TPAT and ISO certification processes.

  • Ensure facility maintenance and manage fire/security inspections.

  • Generate reports and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and government agencies.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)

  • C-TPAT certification preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with CCTV and access control systems

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
