I.Job Summary:
a. The Maintenance Engineer directs and coordinates the activities of the technician to maintain maintenance systems and keep running all automation process and equipment in condition such be safer and achieve the quality standards creating methodologies and tools which can achieve the corporative objectives.
II. Primarily Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise indirect personnel
1.1. Coordinates technician’s activities to support machinery of manufacturing
1.2. Develops training plans for technicians
1.3. Supply and control technician’s tools
1.4. Control of absenteeism & overtime
1.5. Develop performance evaluations of technicians
1.6. Manages the spare parts (list, doc.) and equipment blueprints for the APU
1.7. Delivers documented analysis based on data to improve performance.
1.8. on improving Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance
2. Implement and update the Preventive Maintenance and Auto maintenance Plans
2.1. Accomplish 100% the preventive maintenance y corrective plans
2.2. Leads TPM Workshops, participate in SMED workshops.
2.3. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities in order to meet MTBR, MTBF standards and Uptime.
3. Participate in analysis of failures in problem solution teams
3.1. Using PDCA methodology
3.2. Fish bone chart

4. Create cross training plans for technicians in total plant.
4.1. Develop high versatility of maintenance technicians
4.2. Create and Execution of Training Plan each technicians
5. Contribution in ISO IATF 16949 Quality System.
5.1. Ensure the IATF 16949 compliance.
5.1.1.1. Participate in CQI assessment as required
5.2. Meet maintenance target according with KPI maintenance indicators.

5.5. Preventive Maintenance Accomplish 100% vs Plan
6. Safety issues prevention.
6.1. Assure that all the equipment have the safety devices working properly.
6.2. Assure that all the technicians use the proper safety equipment.
6.3. Guaranty that the people under his responsibility respect the safety rules.
7. Make sure that technicians follow up the environmental aspect according with ISO-14001
7.1. Meet the environment objectives established in ISO-14001
7.2. Put special attention on chemical products handling
7.3. Be in line with the environmental policy, as well as the environmental issues, objectives and goals that are directly involved to the position.
I.Competences required to perform the job (functional and interpersonal skills):

II.Education:
a. Bachelor’s degree (mechatronics, electronic or electric)
