Solicita: Vision Systems Engineer (AOI)

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Job DeEscrituraion:

  Be responsible of vision systems in automated production lines, as well as programming modifications and design of new algorithm.

  
  

  Skills:

  1. Independently develop machine vision equipment, plan and verify the feasibility of vision solutions.

  2. Proficient in using Keyence or Omron smart cameras, mainstream brand PC-BASE industrial cameras such as Cognex and commonly used lens/ light sources for 2D/3D visual project design and development.

  3. Proficient in using image processing software, VisionPro, Halcon and other vision development libraries to complete vision inspection/positioning/measurement/recognition, as well as other project requirements.

  4. Proficient in using smart cameras to communicate and collaborate with PLC and robots, programming using C # software, and applying it to vision systems, completing interface development and communication with PLC robots.

  5. Have practical project experience in vision applications such as positioning and appearance inspection.

  
  

  Work Experience:

  +3 years of experience.

  
  

  Key insights

  • Engineering focused on Automation and Control, Mechatronics, Electronic, Systems and Control, Electrical, Robotics.
  • Knowledge in High-Performance Machine Vision: 3D (keyence xt-060 3D)
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D Laser profiler (keyence Series LJ-X8000).
  • Knowledge of final assembly (Back end or TLA).
  • Experience in electronic products (PCBA).
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of testing methods and government requirements for automotive designs.
