  Supports Lean’s teams to constantly improve SQDCP, Equipment Utilization, and Labor Efficiency through rigorous application of the standard Lean tools. Support Lean´s Engineers to drives cultural change to help management to adopt lean thinking, Genba attitude (where the action takes place) and foster a culture of people development and people empowerment. Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Support to Lean´s Engineers in the requisitions and purchased orders of the Lean department. Support in train Operators and technicians in Lean core tools. Support to Lean´s engineers in the continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Roadmap. Support to Moonshine. Participate in developing and following up the results of continuous improvement projects. Participate in Kaizen events. Participate in the design of new processes to develop the Lean Core Tools. Strive for continuous improvement opportunities in the manufacturing area. Responsible for the maintenance of the installed Lean Tools in the plant. Responsible for the maintenance and follow up of lean systems like 5´s, ideas kaizen, DMS. Perform audits to assess Lean Core tools. Develop and follow own kaizen projects. Comply with EHS regulations and policies. Education and Skills: Student of the Industrial, Manufacturing, Processes, Mechatronics Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing System. Knowledge on 5’s, Andon, Std work, Kanban, TPM, SMED, 7 + 1 wastes, GENBA, VSM Knowledge on Office, AutoCad, Solidworks. Hands-on, willing to spend most of his time on the floor looking for improvement opportunities, 7 wastes identification. Soft skills: Communication skills, open minded and positive attitude: willing to help, leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
