  REQUIREMENTS

  3-year experience in similar roles

  Bilingual, Spanish / English.

  Epicor /SAP / MRP / ERP

  knowledge Negotiation

  Inventory system knowledge

  Sense of urgency

  Qualifications Analytical (pivot tables. V-lookups ,Excel)

  Know purchasing terms.

  Detail oriented

  Acts with urgency.

  Excellent communication and presentation

  KEY ACTIVITIES

  Gemba walks to validate stock.

  Manage stocking programs by area.

  Issue and follow up POs Purchasing reports (PPV, spend by area...) Forecast and plan for every part/service.

  Negotiate & maintain contracts.

  Identify/develop suppliers.

  Lead indirect RFQ projects inventory management (direct and indirect)

  understand the receipt process understand how to read a MRP requirements.
