  GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

  To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an APT/NPI Engineer.

  Reporting to the APT Manager; We are looking for one APT/NPI Engineer, with preferred basic knowledge on PCBA process capable to co-work with different departments to solve issue that can pass during the production process, Engineer capable and flexible for work on off work hours, the engineer need to get information easy and adapt at the work rhythm of the department, good annalistic and quickly response to the problems. Engineer capable for follow and finish the NPI trial on time according with schedule.

  BASIC DUTIES:

  • Knowledge on the IPC-610H
  • Reflow Oven/Wave solder knowledge
  • SMT process Knowledge
  • Profile temperature knowledge 
  • Knowledge on Solder paste inspection and criteria knowledge
  • Paste Printer Process knowledge
  • knowledge on PCBA process such SMT/DIP-PTH/ Conformal coating process
  • How to create Root cause analysis report

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

  •           Bachelor’s degree on an engineering

  •           Minimum 1 years’ experience.

  •           English 75% or above preferable.
