• Collaborate with HQ/Site HR, Legal, and site leadership to ensure timely and fair resolution of ER cases.
• In complex investigations or sensitive disputes, work in close partnership with the HQ Legal team and HQ-approved external counsel to ensure a thorough and compliant process.
• Regularly review, update, and improve internal ER policies and the code of conduct to ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with company standards.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, prepare reports and insights for leadership, and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with internal HR policies, legal regulations, and external labor audits or inspections as needed.
