  General DeEscrituraion

  To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a AOI/X-RAY Equipment

  Reporting to the Equipment Manager ; The AOI/X-RAY equipment is responsible for the fallow up of the preventive maintenances plan from DIP and all activities related , prepare reports of activities performed is part of duties.

  Main daily activities:

  1.  Cooperate with the introduction of new models, develop and edit Coating AOI programs in accordance with product specification definitions.
  2. Complete the new model inspection introduction.
  3. Abnormal handling/data analysis of production operation detection.
  4. Engineering change (ECN) verification and import.
  5. Maintenance of inspection equipment.
  6. Analyze the detection records of defective products and provide detection data to others unit for improvement feedback.
  7. Increased equipment pass-through rate.
  8. Undertake and execute special tasks assigned by the supervisor

  The experience we’re looking:

  Understand the basic concepts of ESD, quality concepts, 8D education and training, understand customer CSR.

   

  1. Have a professional education background in electronics/electrical machinery/mechanical science and engineering.

  2. Have good English communication skills.

  3. Familiar with drawing specifications and mechanical tolerance identification.

  4. Have a good team integration skill.

  5. Project planning ability.

  6. Cheerful, stable & strong pressure resistance

   

  1. More than half a year in related work, good command of English.

  2. Experience in maintenance of Automated inspection equipment
