RESPONSABILITIES:
* Make the KPI and metrics presentation of HR department
* Make and send the Monthly KPI Training report
* Give Hiring Orientation for the new Indirect Employees ( Administrative / staff )
* Receive Internal / External Audits of the Quality System and/or legal compliance.
* Make the Training needs process and follow up for all the Direct and Indirect employees.
* Create and design the Annual Training Plan and align the Plan to the Mack objectives
* Create and follow up the Requisitions and Purchase Orders of all the External Trainings
* Schedule in the Agenda all the Trainings based on Education/Training budget
* Develop and implement all the Strategic Corporate Programs.
* Talent Development Admininistration.
* Identify, make and Measure all key indicators for the Training Development.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of the Training Plans and Programs.
* Give support to the HR Department in the events when it is needed.
* Comply with all the policies, procedures, Instructions, NOMs and International Standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
* Implement Systems and follow up.
* Maintain a good work environment with actions implemented
* Structure Policies, procedures and guidelines.
* Assure the update of all the Training Matrix.
REQUERIMENTS:
*Bachelor degree and/or 5 years in similar position
*Instructors Training
*Basic Lean Manufacturing
*Training Legal compliance administration
*Problem Solution, Leadership
*5’S, English 90%.
