  Position: Engineering Clerk
  Work Schedule: Typ. Mon-Fri Sat. as needed
  Minimum 47.5 hr/week
  
  Reports To: Detailing Supervisor
  
  Location/Division New Millennium Building Systems – Juarez, MX
  
  Department: Engineering
  
  Pay Grade/Pay Rate: Commensurate with performance and experience
  
  Brief DeEscrituraion: New Millennium is the 2nd largest steel joist and deck fabricator in the United States. We are proud of our flexibility and eagerness to assist customers and co-workers.
  
  Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  ? General office duties to include answering phones, scanning
  files, office supply inventory, etc.
  ? Responsible for receiving, processing, and filing booked job
  drawing and documents received from sales department.
  ? Responsible for receiving and filing updated drawings and
  documents until detailer is assigned.
  ? Creates job files and Trello card
  ? Receives/files coordination material and notifies detailer (Steel
  Drawings, ESFR, HVAC, etc.)
  ? Create D2-D5 reports, create efficiencies reports.
  ? Maintains paper orders and contacts printer company for
  maintenance
  
  Required
  
  ? Must be very organized and able to manage time effectively.
  ? Must have the ability to effectively communicate with others.
  ? Fluent with Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  ? Must be willing and able to be flexible in daily duties.
  ? Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
  
  Preferred
  
  ? Familiarity with internal joist/deck detailing program.
  ? Experience in the steel joist industry.
