In this role, you will support improving key performance metrics such as: Time To Awareness, Time To Survive, and Time To Recover. You will be in a hands-on role and responsible in driving data integrity and process harmonization. You will work to develop strong cross-functional partnerships to improve processes and provide hands-on root cause analysis and problem-solving to focus and direct improvement activities utilizing EMS tools and methods to close business gaps.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain data in different systems
• Define and standardize processes to keep data up-to-date
• Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights from several sources (AS400, Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, etc.) and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Create reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor Supply Chain performance.
• Support the implementation of several improvement projects while utilizing Lean methodologies, change management, and team facilitation practices.
• Assist Supply Chain operations improvements by identifying cost reductions and process improvements.
• Ensure Supply Chain activities support and drive the key business objectives that are in alignment with the global standards.
• Collaborate on project execution with local and regional departments such as Planning, Purchasing and Transportation.
• Identify operational gaps and initiate solution support, tracking Supply Chain objectives to corporate plan.
• Consistently drive objective goal setting and attainment of Supply Chain metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree required
• 2-5 Years of relevant experience
• Well versed in modern tools and methodologies of process improvement and project management abilities, experience in leading multiple improvement projects simultaneously
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Proficient in English (85%)
Ability to travel to the US (Visa)
• Preferred 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Purchasing, in a multinational environment, as well as in adjacent disciplines like Logistics, Supply Chain are welcomed
• Advanced proficiency level with MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi) and data analysis tools like Python
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques (VSM, TPM, OEE, 5S, SMED, line balancing, wastes elimination)
• Basic knowledge in Quality and material flow
• Proficient in digital communication
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Work efficiently and proactively to deliver results
