Solicita: Supplier Quality Engineer -ME

• Descripción y Requisitos

  The Supplier Quality Engineer plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products with the PMX supply base.
  
  
  

  BASIC DUTIES:
  >Quality issue handling for Mechanical/ Electronic parts
  > Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
  > Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
  > Support activities to maintain Quality and Environmental System registration.
  > Variety of assignments and responsibilities related or incidental to the primary function.
  > Review Design Drawings / Component Drawings / Engineering Standards to properly address Critical (CC) and Significant (SC) characteristics.
  

  Complete supplier and performance audits to enhance process standardization and waste elimination.     

  > Evaluate supplier data to initiate process improvement opportunities along the supply chain
  > Responsible to act as a liaison between cross functional teams, and to review and approve PPAP’s from suppliers

  for submission to the Manufacturing Teams and Customers"  

  > Responsible contact for all those suppliers, who communicate quality issues with all concerned suppliers.  

  > Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.  
  > Claim to supplier regarding to the quality problem and confirm the root cause.
  
  

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
  > College degree in Engineering Industry, Electrical ,Mechatronic or experience equivalent

  > 2-5 years of experience in Quality required.

  >Experience in Microsoft office management (Word, Power Point, Excel),GD&T, Blueprint reading and measurement equipment (CMM, Vernier, Caliper, micrometer, hardiness tester and , height gage).

  >Understanding of basic problem solving skills.
