  General DeEscrituraion

  To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Industrial Engineer

  Reporting to the Industrial Engineer Manager; Industrial engineers devise efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or provide a service

  Main daily activities:

  • Standard working hours establishment and update operation specification
  • IE Routing Establishment Practice
  • Standard for cost evaluation 
  • Man-hour measurement and calculation method
  • IE SOP Production Guideline
  • Standard Work Instruction for Cover Board Production
  • Standard Operation Guideline for DIP Platooning
  • Work order reporting operation specification.
  • On-site improvement includes: 5s improvement, employee work improvement (reduce operational fatigue), workflow process improvement, logistics improvement, facility
  •  Main power calculation and reduce HC
  • Line balance improvement.
  • Cost calculation
  •  Standard working hours & SAP routing establishment
  •  Attend related meetings, such as new machine, EC, Rework
  • Production line exception handling
  • Product carrier, worktable, shelf, container and other drawing design, and demand quantity calculation and evaluation
  • Production line Layout & Re-layout plan drafting
  •  General knowledge about PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, CPK, MSA, Gauge R&R /Quality tools
  • Undertake and execute special tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Follow up with governmental and industry standards certifications including IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 4001.
  • Give support to the company in the needs that required.

  The experience we’re looking:

  • Bachelor’s degree as industrial Engineering
    • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Familiar with electronic production and manufacturing processes are plus.
  • English 80% or above preferable.
