  We are looking for an: Accounts Receivable Specialist
  
  Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mex
  
  

  Your tasks will be:

  • Maintain up-to-date account receivables customer balances.
  • Follow up, collect, and allocate payments.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Generates age analysis.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
  • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
  • Maintains records by keeping in folder debits, and credits fully approved.
  
  

  To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

  • Education in Accountant, Finance, or any related field.
  • Computer package management.
  • 2 years minimum of experience in related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • English Intermediate level.
  • Good customer service.
