· Coordinate and participate in the development and optimization of new processes.
· Maintain production and assembly processes according to manufacturing requirements and standard.
· Supervise the engineering team, manufacturing engineers and automation technicians.
· Lead and maintain the continuous improvement process through the six sigma tools, Kaizen, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing to reduce manufacturing assembly cost with automation new projects.
· Define equipment, design, tool room, equipment integration and programming, equipment repair and continuous improvement required at manufacturing areas.
· Overview the engineering personnel through leadership and accountability.
· Assign tasks to personnel for development processes and designated special continuous improvement projects.
· Support development of production processes, tooling, equipment, test specifications and quality controls to support compliance with specifications.
· Support the product lines and the manufacturing plant in new product launches, production support and maintaining existing designs and controlled design documentation.
· Coordinate the transfer Projects from other plants.
· Knowledge with Injection molding processes.
· Enhance performance margin of existing products.
· Support innovation events and technology exploration or demonstration projects.
· Maintain and support to meet production KPI’s.
· Align all engineering activities to compliance with ISO 9001.
· Support Maintenance with the well-used of the equipment.
· Collaborate with initiatives to maintain safety first and 5’s.
