Solicita: Production Supervisor

• Descripción y Requisitos

  • College degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, mechanic, electric, etc.)
  • 5 years of exp in similar position in automotive manufacturing environment in methal mechanic industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in presses machines with high tonnage
  • Proven knowledge in workstations balance, progressive dies and stamping processes.
  • Excellent skills to manage teams and to work with personnel in all levels in different departments
  • Excellent communication 
  • Conflict management expert
  • Focused on results thru KPI's (safety, productivity, efficiency, internal quality, etc.)
  • Total Quality management with 0 defects focus.
  • Continous improvement mentality and projects development.
  • Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Focused on Safety Culture (Accidents prevention and risk identification)
